Chicken Atlantis
The Chicken Atlantis at Zorba’s Taverna Restaurant and Bar is a grilled free range statler chicken breast served on a bed of sauteed shrimp, scallops, lobster and topped with a creamy lobster sauce; served with mashed potato and sauteed broccoli.
This dish was as delicious as the portion was large. There was a surprisingly generous amount of shellfish and it was all perfectly cooked in a yummy lick-your-plate lobster sauce. The chicken was slightly dry, but doused in that lobster sauce I barely noticed. Accompanied with a pile of creamy mashed potatoes and perfectly steamed broccoli – this was a perfect comfort dish for a rainy night. -SB
