This plentiful boneless chicken breast is very lightly breaded and fried, served over a mashed potato (with “red jalapeno, caramelized onion, sour cream,” garlic and a blend of cheeses). The chicken’s light, yet crispy, textured batter compliments the smooth moist consistency of the chicken. »
