From their web site: Vive La Food! Here at TPK we take our passion for food to the people. We believe that honest food prepared by honest chefs is worthy of a revolution. A revolution where the care that goes into purchasing and preparing foods is not the only focus, but a revolution that also focuses on how much that food should cost on the menu. At TPK we will be committed to hand crafted and artisanal products whether we buy them or prepare them in house. We will butcher and utilize the whole animal and feature with our in house charcuterie program, dry aging regimen and in the constantly changing menu items we offer. We will always offer vegetarian, vegan and gluten free items that offer a sense of place and depth of flavor. The food at TPK is not fussy, it is wholesome, abundant, comforting and most importantly, affordable. Long live food and conversation.
