A revolution where the care that goes into purchasing and preparing foods is not the only focus, but a revolution that also focuses on how much that food should cost on the menu. At TPK we will be committed to hand crafted and artisanal products whether we buy them or prepare them in house. We will butcher and utilize the whole animal and feature with our in house charcuterie program, dry aging regimen and in the constantly changing menu items we offer.
